Legend TT3, an IronMan bike for Paolo

Last year, in order to improve my P.B. on the Ironman distance, I asked Marco Bertoletti, founder of LEGEND, a versatile bike, one that can be used both in the preparation phase as an “aero” road bike and during competition, passing through the specific preparation phase.

Bertoletti recommended me his TT3: a high modulus carbon frame, with an angle of degrees designed for my specific needs, equipped with Shimano Ultegra dib2 electronic shift (which control unit has 3/5 outputs depending on the road or time trial handlebars that you use).

Double seatpost and saddle, of course, with different angles, designed specifically for the different setting chosen.

It turned out to be a winning choice: in fact, the frame structure mixes the right stiffness you look for in a time trial bike, with a fantastic drivability in technical sections, as well as a surprising responsiveness during sprints.

The clean design and the meticulous attention to details are the LEGEND trademark.

Finally, I thank Marco for having suggested me such a unique colour: a “pearl” white that certainly does not go unnoticed, with the writing LEGEND on the down tube giving a captivating touch to my bike.
